Adara Communities provides on-site management at each of their properties, to include property managers, assistant property managers, leasing, marketing, and Rehabilitation and maintenance personnel under the directives and supervision of the Regional Property Supervisors. Each property is equipped with the latest in computer technology and industry specific software and network capabilities, which provides corporate access and communications on-line and in real-time. With our state-of-the-art accounting system, our Corporate Office provides on-site management teams with day-to-day administrative support. In addition, we provide classroom and in-service training of personnel on an ongoing basis by the Executive Property Supervisor, who also secures and hosts guest speakers, corporate trainers, and other professionals from within the industry.

Adara Communities has established and implemented policies, procedures, and a multi-level chain of command throughout the entire organization that effectively and efficiently oversees daily operations, while maintaining a competitive-edge through marketing campaigns and advertising, accuracy and efficiency in cash flow management and reporting, maintenance and Rehabilitation, and preventative maintenance programs to ensure cost effective, value enhancement of the property, while ensuring quality of tenant services and positive community relationships.
