Adara Communities offers an excellent benefit package. Our benefit package addresses wellness, continuing education, long-terms planning, etc. It is available to all full-time employees. Our benefit program plays a vital role in demonstrating our commitment to our team members. We review our benefit package on an ongoing basis (so all benefits are subject to change) as we strive to be an employer of choice.

Medical Insurance: Adara Communities offers a PPO network limited medical plan. Team members and eligible dependents may participate in the plan beginning the first of the month after 90 days of employment. Cost for team members is shared with Adara Communities. Dependent costs are paid by the employee. Team members have free access to a registered nurse, healthcare information, wellness information and counseling 24 hours a day.

Dental Insurance: Adara Communities offers a DMO and PPO dental plan. The team member is responsible for the cost of the dental plan for themselves and eligible dependents. Participation is the same as for medical insurance with a 90 days waiting period.

Vision Discount Program: The vision discount program is part of the medical insurance and PPO dental plan and is available for anyone enrolled in these plans.

Life Insurance: Adara Communities pays for a life insurance policy for all team members. Team members also have the option to purchase additional life insurance for themselves and their eligible dependents at their own cost. Enrollment in the plan(s) is available at the first of the month after 90 days of employment.

401K: Adara Communities encourages everyone to enroll in our 401K plan which is administered by Transamerica. This plan allows employees to actively plan for their future and retirement. Team members are eligible to enroll in the 401K plan at the beginning of a quarter after six (6) months of employment.

Holidays: We have 7 ½ holidays per year. They are:
New Year’s Day
Memorial Day
Fourth of July
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day and the day after Thanksgiving
Christmas Eve – 4 hours
Christmas Day

Vacation and Sick Time Off: Adara Communities provides for time off for vacations, sickness, etc. Full-time employees accrue vacation and sick time and may begin taking their time off after six (6) months of employment.

Educational Assistance: Adara Communities is committed to help our team members learn and grow within the scope of their job in order that they may succeed in their professions and have a rewarding career at Adara Communities. We offer on the job training, classes through Adara and other educational assistance that ties to their position within the company.

Team Member Referral: Adara Communities encourages team members to refer qualified candidates for employment with Adara. The applicant must be hired, remain in good standing and follow the procedures for employee referral.

Bonus: Adara Communities offers a bonus plan for all on-site team members.
