Our Property Managers are responsible for seeing to it that available vacant units are leased, residents retained, net operating income meets or exceeds projections, and that the property is effectively maintained within budgeted parameters. Delinquency actively reduced to zero as quickly as possible. At all times, check safety of employees, report and take care of all liability issues immediately. Effectively operate with good common sense and a business-like manner. Enforce company and community policies while complying with all local, state, and federal laws. Assistant Managers are responsible for maintaining accurate property records, leasing available vacant units, retaining residents, and maintaining property within budgeted parameters, and assisting the Property Manager with day-to-day operations. Search open Assistant Manager positions.
Leasing Consultants are responsible for leasing apartments, town homes and condominiums to qualified prospects in order to increase the property occupancy and revenue. Provide good customer service to residents and prospective residents. Search open Leasing Consultant positions.
Our Maintenance Supervisors are responsible for all on-site maintenance. Lead and direct all on-site maintenance staff through the guidance of the Property Manager. Is expected to maintain all occupied units and prepare for occupancy all vacant units. Rotate emergency calls with Assistant Maintenance when applicable. Assistant Maintenance / Make-Ready are responsible for the physical condition of the rental units prior to occupancy. Will be required to handle emergency calls as necessary. Responsible for the general upkeep of the property interiors, exteriors, etc. Provide support and rotate emergency calls with Lead Maintenance, when applicable. Repair of major appliances/HVAC must always be considered and attempted prior to replacement. Report safety/liability issues to the Property Manager. Groundskeepers are expected to clean and maintain grounds and pool(s). Responsible for painting the interior of rental units, leasing office, clubhouse, laundry rooms, interior hallways, common area, occupied units, when necessary (such as lease renewal) and exteriors of the property. Housekeepers are expected to clean offices, clubroom, exercise room, and laundry facilities. Responsible for cleaning and preparing daily vacant apartments for occupancy. Search open Housekeeping positions.
Painters are expected to clean and maintain grounds and pool(s). Responsible for painting the interior of rental units, leasing office, clubhouse, laundry rooms, interior hallways, common areas, occupied units, (when necessary, such as lease renewal), and exteriors of the property. Courtesy Officers are expected to follow their law department protocol/procedures at all times including, monitoring apartment facilities, ensuring that the outside doors and common area windows are locked, performing nightly patrol of the community, tagging vehicles that violate community policy, maintaining daily logs, assist with lock-outs process upon courts approval, and responding to resident complaints.
